How to actually make AI projects happen
One yes to AI means 100 no’s elsewhere

If you're serious about building with AI, you should begin saying no to everything cool that slows momentum.
I just started a brutal building phase to figure out AI automation for productized systems using n8n, Claude MCP and Airtable:
- endless tech distractions
- info overload in the AI space
- too many tools, no clarity
- one broken connection that cost me 3 hours...
This game isn’t about being everywhere.
It’s about locking in and solving the real thing.
You can’t do it all.
Not at the same time.
This is that weird phase
(deep work tunnel)
- Creating.
- Fixing.
- Failing.
- Not talking much.
- Just doing.
My brain and my body have one goal:
- Figure out the system.
- Make it work.
- Build the thing.
- But yeah - it’s messy.
I’m a curious person.
I love learning.
Jumping.
Exploring.
But now?
It’s focus time.
Brutal.
Simple.
Client work > learning curve > solving blocks > repeating again.
There’s no room for overthinking.
No room for excuses.
👉 In tech, in AI, in building anything meaningful...
You gotta learn to say no to what’s “cool,”
To say yes to what really matters.
It’s not just about tools.
It’s about clarity.
Energy.
Being real with yourself.
If I scroll too much, I burn out.
If I chase shiny stuff, I break momentum.
If I try to do it all, I lose it all.
Yeah, it’s a tightrope.
But that stress?
That pressure?
That’s where the real stuff happens.

This is me, showing where I want to be in 5 years
And I’m climbing to my freedom, like I’m climbing those mountains.
Because from the top, the view is:
- Clear
- With more sense
- With more purpose
Everyone wants to be on the top
But no one's wanting to start from the ground
You can't compare your 2 steps with someone else's 1000 steps
That's why I am keeping real with myself all the way along.
So if I didn’t reply to your comment...
Or missed your DM...
Just know I’m locked in.
I’m chasing freedom.
And this is part of that process.
So you, my dear:

How do YOU stay focused when everything online is screaming for your attention?
Reply, I would love to hear your thoughts.
