I sent 100 DMs in the last 2 days & got 28 replies.
Not because I'm a copywriting genius.
But because after a lot of mistakes I understood buyer intent.

This means I approach the outreach strategy in the proper order of actions.

The same system allow us to book a 4 calls in first week for one of our clients

Let me explain this…

Your best customers are already showing you they need help.

You just need to know where to look.
(sounds obvious, but we often forget to be more present.)

This approach changed my entire outreach game...

Every buyer goes through 3 stages:

1. Not problem aware → They don't know they have a problem yet (hardest to convert)
2. Problem aware → They know something's wrong but don't know how to fix it
3. Solution aware → Actively looking for answers

I used to waste time on stage 1 without being aware of that.

But in 2025 I focused on stages 2 and 3.

Why? They're ready to buy.

(this was not hard to conclude, but we love to complicate things; it is in our nature.)

Here's my exact process for finding them:

→ Check who's engaging with my offer posts
→ Monitor LinkedIn events covering my solution
→ Look at my competitors' engaged audience that covering my topics

These people are literally raising their hands saying "I need this."

That's a clear intent signal.

Now here's where things get interesting:

Aimfox comes in.

I scrape these warm leads.

now they've shown interest, filtering makes sense…

I already qualify them based on their awareness stage
The only thing I need to add is role & location.

Then I craft messages about their specific problem.
(mostly about their industry problems)

But here's the crucial part that kills reply rates in the AI era:

Never mention the signal where you find them in conversation (especially not in the first message)

"I saw you comment on X's post" = instant delete
"Noticed you attended Y event" = they know it's automated

Instead…
I admire their expertise
Then I go straight to their problem
The one I already know they have.
The one they're actively trying to solve.

BIG difference.

My opener feels natural because I'm talking about what matters to them.
Not about how I stalked them online – which is hilarious 😂

Look, AI is powerful.

But use it wisely.
Save time and your reputation.

Because one bad automated message can burn bridges you haven't even built yet.

(it happens to me as well, so that’s why I am saying)

Which brings me to the main point:

You can have the best tool in the world.
But without clarity on strategy and execution?
No tool can save you.

Get your approach right first.
Then let Aimfox amplify what's already working.

The tool brings conversations to the table.
You still need to qualify before AND in DMs.
You still need to perform on calls.

Check out one of my best posts from the last 2 weeks:

In case you don’t know where to start or you don’t have time to run an outreach, commenting or content strategy, you can book a call here.

We provide a complete service that sets up qualified meetings for you, gets you noticed by your target audience, and attracts more views to your improved profile.

My co-founder will show you full process of our intent outreach strategy that we do for our clients and our agency as well

Did you notice I didn't try to sell you anything during Black Friday?

That's because I don't lower my prices just for one day.

Our prices are clearly listed on our website, and we believe they are already affordable.

We plan to keep these prices until the end of 2025, after which we might increase them.

Our service includes a complete system setup, training for your virtual assistant to match your style, an account manager with over 7 years of experience in sales and cold calling, and myself as a content strategist with over 2 years of experience on LinkedIn.

When you see the price for this type of service, where you invest 4-5 hours per month, it’s pretty awesome deal. (but of course it is up to you to decide.)

I am telling you this because I used to pay double for some programs that are average, and I need to do it by myself. (that is a huge difference.)

P.S.

Do you agree we should stop mentioning where we found leads?
