Why your niche focus matters more than ever

A New Opportunity

In partnership with

I still remember one line I heard a few weeks ago:

Pick a freaking niche at least for 30 days; you will make your life easier.

And it makes total sense.

Your whole direction goes to the one point.

Your offer, online presence, authority, positioning, content creation, and selling/serving make more sense.

So…

Here's my new niche discovery, how I plan to approach it, the biggest challenges I'll face, and why it matters to you as my reader.

And of course, everything starts with the story…

Imagine exploring a new adventure and realizing you’ve brought the wrong map.

That’s me, two months ago, venturing into the affiliate marketing world.

Since then, I've been learning a lot about the ins and outs of affiliate marketing. It's been eye-opening, and I'm excited to share these insights with you.

You know that targeting everyone often means reaching no one.

But somehow we stay in that trap.

Truth is…

For me, niching down to the affiliate marketing industry brought clarity and opened up new opportunities.

So, I decided to narrow my focus.

And everything starts with my client that comes from that industry.

This is my plan on how I will step into the niche.

But first of all, now I have 3 clients from that niche, which is a pretty epic situation to use feedback from them, and they can be my people who can try my new program.

And of course, everything starts from the offer as core navigation for everything else that will come.

My offer rough draft

The offer type will be group or 1:1 coaching with prerecorded modules for each step below and my feedback on the inputs my future clients provide.

The desired outcome is clear: I’m selecting a small group of serious affiliate marketing professionals (publishers, networks, and advertisers) who want consistent deal flow without relying on the unpredictable highs and lows of travel-based networking.

(I mention travel costs because most of these people network on conferences, and in meantime, they can monetize their online network on LinkedIn.)

My new offer focuses on three main areas:

1) Optimize LinkedIn profile, improve messaging, and position yourself as someone who buys or sells the traffic.

2) Crafting a content strategy that will align with your offer, promote your personal brand and create community vibes for better reach

3) Monetizing your efforts. Here we will understand how to use time spent on LinkedIn to monetize it.

This offer, crafted specifically for the affiliate marketing industry, provides clear, actionable insights.

I think it would be great to see my draft.
Just to be clear, it is not finished; this is literally the first thing that I wrote, and it will include a lot of refinements.

How did I plan to promote this offer?

To kick things off, first I will host a free workshop on profile optimization specifically for affiliate marketers.

It's a great opportunity to go deeper and get hands-on guidance.

To serve as “lead magnet.”

To start practicing more about affiliate marketing terms and how to approach this industry.

Here is my plan:

1) I will create a content campaign that will promote my free workshop so I can attract at least 30 attenders from the same industry.

During this workshop, I'll gather feedback to refine the program and announce a waiting list.

2) Next, I'll launch a content campaign to promote the live event.

In this live event, my first client will share how she successfully used LinkedIn to attract more clients to her business.

We'll discuss why LinkedIn is the best platform for finding new clients, not just for affiliates but for everyone. We'll also explore why many affiliates don't focus on building their personal brand for the long term. Our goal is to raise awareness and educate people about these issues.

We'll also announce the launch of the program during the event.

3) Following the live event, I'll be closely monitoring the response and engagement to ensure the program meets the needs of the affiliate marketing community.

It's all about adapting and delivering the best value.

My biggest challenges?

Time…

I will need to recreate my whole content strategy from my profile to the content to the monetizing part.

My skills to understand this industry so I can serve it better.

Investment…

I will need to invest in some courses or mentorships to understand the affiliate industry how it perform so I can always be step ahead to deliver my services

Why does this matter to you as my reader?

I will document this journey like I am building this in public.

You will see my struggles & wins at the same time.

You will be able to learn from my experience

By sharing this journey, I hope to provide you with insights that you can adapt for your own business.

And if you know some affiliates from your network, I would love for you to recommend me to them. <3

Stay tuned for more updates!
